With the first electronic door opener controlled via Z-Wave, the front door is also integrated into the home automation, especially in apartment buildings. The POPP door opener control replaces the existing door opener, communicates in encrypted form with the Z-Wave central unit and thus enables opening via radio switch, smartphone or tablet PC. In this way you can get into your house without a key or, for example, open the door for your children when you are out and about without them having to carry a key.
In apartment buildings, the small POPP door opener module is installed directly on the intercom system in the individual apartments and integrated into the Z-Wave system there. The door opener can be operated both via battery and the power connection of the bell transformer. Connection of door mechanisms with monitor contact is also possible.
