On the one hand, you have the possibility to monitor two different locations with a distance of up to 1m from the water sensor. These two sensors act separately from each other and are also treated separately in your Smart Home. This greatly expands the area to be monitored.
On the other hand, you can use the station as a charging station to operate the water sensor without battery. With this solution, the sensor works with conventional mains voltage.
